ADI - Snap One Employees - Your username is your company email address.

Snap One Partners - Your username is either the email address on file with Snap One or your Original Control4 Dealer Number.

 

If upon resetting your password you get the "User name: ____ does not exist" message, please email

[email protected] to be added as a user.  ADI - Snap One employee please send us a "request for access" email

from your ADIGlobal email address.  New partner users must provide your company name, contact name, physical

address (no po boxes please), your ADI - Snap One Partner Number and the name of your ADI - Snap One BDM.
